Refund

You can return or exchange any item purchased from our store for any reason.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must send the item back in its original condition (unless the return is due to a production defect). Once we receive the item, we will process the refund within 2 business days. We will also reimburse the return shipping cost if the return is due to a quality issue. In all other cases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
